Yes, you can customize your glass with your own logo or design. Simply upload your file directly into our 3D customization tool to get an immediate preview of the result.
The validation of your visual is done directly during the order. A 3D preview window allows you to check your customization and get an immediate preview of the final result, which speeds up production.
If you wish to receive a Proof (BAT) before production begins, simply specify it in the "comment" field when placing your order. Note: in this case, production will only start after the BAT is approved, which may slightly extend the processing time.
Yes. Our online customization tool allows you to easily add text and illustrations without any technical skills. If you wish, our team can also handle the graphic creation. In this case, please contact our sales department for a custom quote.

For payments other than by credit card, the dispatch date will be extended by the time your payment is received. The delivery date is indicative based on an average standard lead time and will therefore not be considered as a definitive commitment.
