The most frequently asked questions

  • Shipping is free for any order shipped within mainland France. For deliveries in Europe or internationally, the shipping fees are automatically calculated in your cart based on the destination. You can thus see the rate immediately before completing your order.

  • Your package tracking number is sent via email as soon as your order is shipped. You can also find it at any time in your customer account, under the "My Orders" section.

  • The printing and engraving of your personalized glasses are carried out in our workshop in Orvault, near Nantes (Loire-Atlantique). This ensures optimal quality control and local production.

  • You can customize your glass directly online using our creation tool, which allows you to get an instant 3D rendering. For more information on the steps and customization tips, we invite you to visit our "How to personalize your glass" page.

  • The price of a custom glass depends on several parameters: selected model, customization technique (screen printing or engraving), shipping time, and delivery address. To get an immediate quote, select your model, customize it, and add it to your cart. You will then be able to instantly view the final price and download your quote in PDF format.

  • You can choose your shipping date directly in our 3D customization tool. This allows you to easily estimate the production and delivery time of your order.
